This Privacy Policy explains how eMitra Management (by Shronix) collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email, and (for operators) business details.
• Profile details: for job seekers — skills, experience, location, resume; for employers — company information.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser information, and actions on the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Platform (login via OTP, job matching, notifications).
• To send relevant job alerts and service messages via in-app, web push, email or WhatsApp (where enabled).
• To improve our services, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Job seeker contact details in the Talent Directory are shown only to logged-in employers. Employer contact details on a job may be shown to seekers. We may share data with service providers (e.g. payment gateways, messaging) strictly to run the Platform, or where required by law.

4. Cookies & Notifications

We use cookies/sessions for login. With your permission, we use web-push notifications for job alerts. You can disable these in your browser at any time.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

6. Your Rights

You may update your profile, make it private, or request deletion of your account by contacting us.
