This policy applies to paid services on eMitra Management (by Shronix), including eMitra subscriptions and any paid Job Board features (such as paid job posting or featured listings).
The Job Board is free to use unless stated otherwise. Free services are not eligible for refunds.
eMitra subscription fees are billed for the chosen period. You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Part-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.
Email support@shronix.in with your registered mobile/email and payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
