Welcome to eMitra Management ("Platform", "we", "us"), operated by Shronix. By accessing or using our website, eMitra shop-management software, or the Job Board, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Platform, post unlawful, false or fraudulent content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Login is via mobile number and OTP (for the Job Board) or email/password (for operators). You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms.
Core usage may be free. Where paid features apply (e.g. paid job posting or featured listings, or eMitra subscriptions), charges are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay); we do not store your card details.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it on the Platform. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, misleading, abusive, discriminatory or that infringes others' rights.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Platform, dealings between users, or third-party services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
